How the quote is calculated
- Each extra bathroom beyond those included for your home size: + R350.
- Double-storey home: + R450.
- Condition (cleaning services, not glass): well kept × 1.00, lived-in × 1.10, neglected × 1.25.
- Booking two or more main cleans together: 10% off every main clean except the most expensive one.
- Express booking within 48 hours: + 15%. Sunday or public holiday: + 20%.
- RDL monthly members: 15% off once-off services.
- Travel: included for Hartbeespoort and the Brits, Broederstroom and Skeerpoort area; + R350 for Lanseria, Akasia, Pretoria North and West and Centurion West; + R650 for Centurion, Pretoria East, Fourways and Midrand. Other areas: we confirm the travel fee before you book.
- Specialist-only bookings (for example only a carpet or oven clean) have a R950 minimum.
- Jobs of R5,000 or more are secured with a 30% deposit once we confirm your slot. No deposit for jobs under R5,000.
- The final price is confirmed on arrival only if the home differs materially from what was selected in the quote.

Not included
- Removing building rubble, furniture or large items
- Mould remediation, pest control and repairs (we can quote these separately)
- Double-volume or high glass that can't be reached safely from a ladder
- Guaranteeing a deposit refund: a move-out clean prepares the home for inspection, but the landlord or agent decides on the deposit

Empty homes
Move-in and move-out cleans work best when the home is empty. Water and electricity need to be on.
Fridges and cupboards
Please empty fridges and cupboards you want cleaned inside before the team arrives.
Large jobs
We size the team to the job. A full-day job or longer may be split over two days at no extra cost.
Deep cleaning questions
How much does a deep clean cost?
Deep cleans start at R3,250 for a studio or 1-bedroom home, R3,750 for 2 bedrooms, R4,450 for 3 bedrooms, R5,450 for 4 bedrooms and R6,950 for a 5+ bedroom or estate home, before adjustments for extra bathrooms, storeys, condition, timing and travel. The online quote shows the full calculation.
How is a large home priced for a once-off clean?
Choose the home-size band in the quote tool. Each band includes a set number of bathrooms; each extra bathroom adds R350 and a double-storey home adds R450. For homes over 400 m², the 5+ bedroom / estate price is the starting point and the team confirms the final price on arrival only if the home differs materially.
What's the difference between a deep clean and a move-out clean?
A deep clean is for a lived-in home and covers every room top to bottom. A move-in or move-out clean is for an empty home and also includes inside all cupboards and built-ins and spot-cleaning walls.
Do you bring your own cleaning products and equipment?
Yes. Cleaning products and equipment are included in monthly plans and once-off cleans. If you have natural stone, sealed wood, specialised finishes or allergies in the household, tell us at the assessment or in the quote notes so the team knows before they start.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Only for jobs of R5,000 or more, which are secured with a 30% deposit once we confirm your slot.
Is the date I choose confirmed straight away?
No. The date in the quote is a request. We confirm the booking and team with you, usually by WhatsApp, before it's final.
What happens if something is damaged during a visit?
Report it to us within 48 hours by WhatsApp, phone or email, with photos if you can. We check the visit record and photos, investigate with the team and respond to you in writing with the outcome. Keep your own household and homeowner's insurance in place.
