How is a large home in Pretoria priced?
A large home (4 bedrooms or 3 bathrooms, about 201–300 m²) is the plan price plus 25%. An extra-large home (5+ bedrooms or 4+ bathrooms, about 301–450 m²) is plus 50%. Over 450 m², cottages or several buildings: quoted after assessment.
Can you clean in a security estate or complex?
Yes. Tell us your estate or complex when you book. We send the names of the team members coming to your home before the visit so you can load them on the estate's access system, and we follow your estate's contractor rules on registration and working hours. If an estate needs contractor documents, tell us at the assessment.
Do you clean double-volume windows in Pretoria?
Yes. Double-volume interior glass up to about 8 m is quoted after an assessment, from R1,600.
Do you bring your own cleaning products and equipment?
Yes. Cleaning products and equipment are included in monthly plans and once-off cleans. If you have natural stone, sealed wood, specialised finishes or allergies in the household, tell us at the assessment or in the quote notes so the team knows before they start.
